Expert in european agri-food Law and european regulations regarding labelling of products,  geographical indications and quality certifitation entities acreditation, he has been a featured speaker on said topics at several seminars and panel discussions (University of Valencia, Agricultural Cooperative Spanish Federation, Valencia Agricultural Regional Department , Valencian Export Institute, Spanish Export Institute).
